For Parents Who Get It

Upcoming 2026 Sessions

November 11 & 18 | December 2, 9 & 16

We'll take a short break for the holidays and resume in January 2027. Join us whenever it works for you! There's no need to attend every session.

Sometimes it helps to talk to another parent who gets it.

Parenting a child with mental health challenges can bring a lot of questions, frustrations, and moments when you just wish you could talk to someone who understands.

The Parent Space is a free, virtual support group where you can connect with other parents and caregivers who have been there, too.

Whether you want to talk through something that's been on your mind, hear how other parents have handled similar situations, celebrate a small win, or just listen, there's room for you here.

No judgment. No pressure. Just parents supporting parents.

What to Expect

A private space for parents.

The Parent Space is just for parents and caregivers of children with mental health challenges. Your registration information is kept private, and we ask everyone to respect the privacy of what other parents share during the group.

Share what you've learned along the way.

As a parent, you've gained hard-earned knowledge and experience. Whether it's something that worked for your family, a resource you discovered, or a lesson you learned the hard way, your perspective could be just what another parent needs to hear.

Participate in whatever way feels comfortable.

You don't have to share your story or even say a word if you don't want to. You're welcome to ask questions, join the conversation, or simply listen.

Join us when you can.

We meet virtually on Wednesdays at 7 PM ET. There's no commitment to attend every week. Join us on the Wednesdays that work for you.

No judgment. No pressure. Just parents supporting parents.
