Through lived experience and professional training, Parent Peers help families understand their options, prepare for important conversations, and move forward with clarity.
No diagnosis is required to reach out.

How Parent Peers Support You
Parent Peers work alongside you — not in place of you.
Support may include:

Preparing for school or IEP meetings
Understanding mental health services and options

Talking through changes in behavior
Identifying practical strategies for daily challenges
Organizing next steps when things feel unclear
You remain the decision-maker for your child. Parent peer support strengthens your ability to advocate with confidence.
What Happens When You Reach Out?
Your first conversation focuses on what feels most important right now.
Some parents connect once for a specific need. Others stay in touch over time as new questions arise.
Your Parent Peer will listen, ask thoughtful questions, and help you sort through possible next steps.
You set the pace. Support continues as long as it is helpful to you.
Who Reaches Out?
Parents reach out when something about their child isn’t working the way it used to, or when they’re not sure what to do next.
