Sometimes, just connecting with another parent who understands how hard it is, can make a world of difference.

Many parents who come to our group meetings experience a true sense of belonging, finally connecting with others facing similar challenges and overcoming the same barriers. For some parents and caregivers, coming to one or two meetings for support on major decisions is enough, while others may find benefit from attending regularly – in either case all are welcome.
