It never fails that whenever the Parent Alliance team gets together we have such great conversations about recipes, relationships, and of course parenting challenges. After joining one of our team retreat's our 20-something intern pitched the idea of a podcast to share these stories - because I guess that's what all the cool kids are doing these days. So, we're going to give it a try, along with our Gen Z producer (who got us into this mess in the first place). We're excited to share, This is Not What I was Expecting, because that's how we describe the journey we're on. There's no book broken down by ages and stages when you're raising a child, or children, who are struggling with their behavioral and mental health.
