Join us for an engaging, in-person conversation about why parents burn out (especially when you’re raising a child with extra needs) and why “self-care” has to be more than a hot bath or a rare weekend away.

We’ll talk honestly about what drains parents, what actually helps, and how to build small, realistic supports into everyday life—without guilt or pressure to do more.

You’ll leave with practical ideas you can put into place right away, plus the reassurance that you’re not alone and you’re not failing—you’re tired for very real reasons.
