Enterprise Case Management Survey

The Office Developmental Programs (ODP) is participating in the Department of Human Service's efforts to develop a new Enterprise Case Management system for ODP, Early Intervention, the Office of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services, the Office of Long Term Living, the Office of Children, Youth and Families and the Bureau of Hearings and Appeals. The Department will be selecting a vendor this spring/summer to work with the program offices and stakeholders to develop this case management system. Currently, the Department is working with the program offices to create User Stories that will be included in the Request for Proposal to give potential bidders a picture of what functions the users would like the new system to have. An important part of this activity is to connect with individuals and families to solicit their thoughts on how a new case management system might help them as they start the process of connecting with the system and once they are part of the system. It is very important for individuals and families to complete this survey and share ideas about how to make the new case management system easy to navigate and useful! Please take a few minutes and share your thoughts and ideas HERE

Every day families and professionals in the mental health field have the opportunity to share their thoughts and ideas with decision-makers. Parent Alliance members hear about these opportunities first. Not a member yet? Sign up here. Membership is free but your voice of experience is priceless!
